Project Manager/Software Engineering
Preamble
We are seeking a full-time consultant to provide Project Manager and Software Engineering assistance for a minimum of 9 to 15 months.  

Contract Term:  February 2, 2004 through April 30, 2005.
Required Skills
Contractor personnel providing services under this order must have a minimum of five years experience leading projects through the full system life-cycle. The following critical skills will be evaluated:
Proposed contractors MUST have Natural/ADABAS coding experience.  Additional experience in Visual Basic and SQL is a plus.

Project Closeout

The contractor providing services under this order shall have extensive knowledgeable and experience with the following:

•   Microsoft Project
•   The ability to document work throughout the system development life cycle in accordance with established industry standards.
•   Ability to assist customers in identifying data reporting needs
•   Ability to mentor co-workers in the above skills in a small or large group, or one to one setting
•   Ability to work in a fast paced environment and be adaptable to quickly changing needs and priorities.
•   Project Management methodology such as PMI.  Experience and working familiarity with PMBOK 2000.
•   Documentation standards such as IEEE.
